A NOPE, NOTHING AT THE MOMENT , THE BEST PRODUCTON DATES ARE 2018-19

Q Do these have any markings for winter use? Snowflake, mountains etc

A nope, this are mud and snow special equipment tire but its not ice rated tire
Q I have eight bolt tractor wagon rims that take 12.5x 16 inch tires. Would these tires fit my rims? Do you have any sizes that would?

A yes, its should be fine
Q what is the weight of the tires?

A 50 kg each
Q Will they fit dodge ram 1500 factory 16x7 rims

A it will go on the rim but Michelin recommend wider one for proper tread wear.
Q can these be regroved at all? for off road use only obviously.

A you can clean some wear bars but there is not much to dig in to
Q Are the 45-55% tires still 38 inches diameter? or a little less? I have clearance for 37

A the Michelin stated that its 38.7 inch tire at 100% treads , the tread its self is 11/16 so half of that be 50% its still 38 inch tall tire at any condition.

A Michelin approved rim width is 9"

A yes they are
