A this are 14 ply Radial and forklift tire usually 20 ply Bias the tire lacking about 20% in load capacity compare to regular forklift tire, however many lumber yards that operate outdoor that need good traction, mount this tires. That's probably due to loads that don't come close to full forklift weight capacity.

A well, we did mount on 20x10 it went no problem as for 11" wide you would have to push it and use two blower probably, its difficult fit as tire only 12" wide.

A it will fit on rim but the rim its self have small beads and not to be used as off-road set up. Some light high way use, sure.
