Return for Exchange Returns for exchange for another product are accepted within 30-days of delivery. Customer pay return shipping. Clearance and Wholesale items are NOT eligible for exchange. Shipping Claims Policy If a incorrect item has arrived, please contact Military Tires Support at (866) 401-1137 We will arrange for a replacement of incorrect item(s).
Cancellation Request Orders are processed within a day of being received. If an order cancellation is requested, we make every attempt to cancel it before the tire(s) are shipped out. Cancellation requests sent after the tires have been shipped into transit unfortunately cannot be honored. Warranty Policy Military Tires backing its products by providing structural warranty. Limited structural warranty do apply on tires and wheels up at installation time at any chosen tire shop with prove of installations date. Warranty valued with in 6 month of your purchase date. Structural Warranty is protection from sidewall bulging, separation, constant air loss through damaged bead. Claim must be done with in the 7 days of installation date. Military Tires will send replacement tire at own expense. If exact tire not available will be offered same size (different model) As all our products are Used, Surplus, New/Old stock from the shelf, Refurbished, Repaired, Vulcanised, Retreaded tires, the original manufacture warranty to be voided.
