Q What does it mean by wheel takeoffs?

A that's a good a questing, the wheel take offs means that the tire have been previously mounted on the wheel/rim as military receives pre assembly tire on the wheel and then store them for unit replacement, there for we receive this pre assemblies after the shelf life has run out and we would remove tires off the rims for you guys to use. Technically it is a new tire, newer been run on the road but been mounted and dismounted off the rim.
