A it depends on the weight carrying and tire pressure. Tire rated 90 km/h under full load and air pressure rated for this tire. At 100 km/h nothing will happened, specially if you are empty or using this tires under light equipment.

A Yes, would be fine, depends on your operation, if you do only highway then yes. Beadlock wheels you need for off-road only, to keep your beads in place.
