A it depends on the weight carrying and tire pressure. Tire rated 90 km/h under full load and air pressure rated for this tire. At 100 km/h nothing will happened, specially if you are empty or using this tires under light equipment.
Q Can i run trussed stock axles just to drive in city

A the pickup truck axles will not hold
Q Will they fit a 12.50 R20 wheel

A they will fit on that wheel but the tire its self at bigger, make sure you have enough space under the truck
